Many social media marketing tools — blogs, social networks or media sharing sites, for example — have similar functionality, such as providing for conversations between users, interaction within communities, collaboration and sharing. Many of these tools and allow users to set up a profile to establish their identity and interests, and to connect with others — friends, fans, followers, subscribers, contacts — and to interact with those connections.
Every site and tool might have its own proprietary terminology and some unique features, but in general, there are similarities between most blogging platforms and some recognizable features that all social networks share.
Please let me know about google+ main impact in social media marketing and can it increase ranking of the website and brand visibility in search engines.
Google+ just came out with the new iPhone App and is putting in the foundation for a great Social Network. I wouldn’t discredit them for coming into the market so late, be patient they will slowly take the tide of lazy facebook users and eventually their entire friend base over to Google+. I’m sure there are plenty of people who are interested in "How-To" articles. I’ve managed to get some decent traffic from them plus an extra benefit of using Article Marketing is that these people are further up the buying cycle.
There are many ways to build traffic to your website.
Here are a few:-
1. Write and submit articles . This will create traffic for years to come. Write quality unique articles, not articles that provide no substance for readers.
2. Submit ads to a high pagerank and high traffic Classified ad site such as USFreeads.
3. View related products on Amazon.com. You can try and take some customers from your competitors here by providing your own url if the product is similar.
4. Review websites in your niche on Alexa to try to take some of their traffic by including a reference back to your site.
5. Comment on other related blogs, but do not spam.
