What is Contextual Link Building and How it’s Done?

I’ve heard about Contextual Link Building, but I’m not exactly sure what it is. Is it a good way to get backlinks? How do I do it?
It is inserting a hyperlink within a paragraph, therefore related keywords are linked to linked URL. Usually it is used within blog and it helps the targeted site’s SERP a lot. In order to do that, you’ll have to negotiate blog owners to write a good content with link about your site in their blog.

It is nothing but link building via blogs, newsletters, forums and the like. Stuffing in the blog with the targeted keywords and internally linking it to the main web site so as to increase the traffic and views is contextual Link Building.
